SHORT TERM MISSIONS
Alexis Barry
Associates in Missions, Spain // Currently serving Originally from Katy, TX, attending the Pentecostals of Katy, Alexis Barry began to feel the pull to attend Bible College and after much prayer and meeting with her pastors, she enrolled in Texas Bible College in the fall of 2012. She decided to pursue a degree in Missions after feeling a strong call towards this field at NAYC 2009. During her tenure at TBC, she served in the Senate, Chorale, Ensemble and more. She says, “TBC was definitely a place of brokenness, healing, growth, and empowerment.” After graduating, she moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area to serve at a local campus in various capacities until the door to the mission field opened in the summer of 2018. Alexis is currently serving as an AIM to Barcelona, Spain under the direction of Bro. & Sis. Harrod. She shares, “It has been an amazing and eye opening journey. There is an incredible amount of people in the world dying lost every single day. It is no secret that Laborers are needed in the fields to reap the harvest that God has prepared. Bible college teaches us a lot of things, but there are so many things you simply cannot learn until you step out of the boat. The world is looking for men and women who will be the voice in their wilderness. TBC equipped me to ‘GO.’“ |

Charles & Nicole Lethin
Associates in Missions, The Netherlands // currently raising their budget As Texas Bible Collage graduates we knew we were supposed to be doing more. We just weren’t quite sure what or where. After marrying in July of 2018, our lives went into a waiting phase. Waiting for God to tell us the next move. In late 2018 while browsing on the AIM2go website we found a position available in The Netherlands in need of a couple who’s description sounded remarkably similar to ourselves. It was uncanny. After much discussion, prayer, fasting, more prayer, a little more fasting, we finally felt that it was time to apply for AIM. In December of 2019 we applied as AIMers to The Netherlands and in March of 2020 we were accepted into the AIM program! 2020 has had its ups and downs but we are trusting and believing in God to do the miraculous. We are excited to see what He has in store for The Netherlands. |
